Hey, look everyone, it's the elusive Frank Ocean, out speaking publicly in the world! Here he is, at Spotify's Secret Genius Awards. The Genius Award is a new feature at the streaming service, honoring contributors to very popular songs on the platform. Ocean slid through the awards ceremony in Los Angeles to present the Legendary Genius Award to producer Rick Rubin.
